The value of any meeting, gathering or brainstorm is determined by the ripples they create – by the insights that are used for effective action. Visualisation enables this proces because we humans are highly dependent on our visual sense to determine where to go next.

I solidify insights at meetings and events since 2016. From small community meetings to large corporate events, from fast pressure cooker bursts to day-long sessions… as long as the purpose ignites me so I can ignite the viewers!

I have a passion to capture the essence of what is alive in the conversation.

A good harvest is key to involve stakeholders. When this process is forgotten, there is a high chance of missing the link to action and time and energy is waisted. Also, creativity is highly contagious! Seeing someone draw enlivens and engages the participants or audience.

GRAPHIC FACILITATION

To benefit from the emergent qualities from working in groups, it is useful to ‘see’ where we are on the collective map. When people with different backgrounds or stakeholders from different companies want to take joint steps they often lose time and energy in creating a common language and understanding. Facilitating this road with visuals can greatly reduce that struggle and lead to faster insights and solutions.

I have (co)designed and run various creative sessions for a broad range of companies and institutions, most effectively in collaboration with others. Art of Hosting, Theory-U and other emergent methodologies help me create effective ways of empowering groups and individuals to go above and beyond what seems possible.

VISUAL STORYTELLING

Creating a visual story around a message is one of the most effective ways to land in the right way. I have helped countless companies, groups and individuals to powerfully share their ideas by making them engaging visually and story-wise. 

When the need to send a clear message is high, a picture can capture the essence and tell a thousand words directly. When that message is about conveying complex information you need a visual story. That way you make sure the receiver is actually following a certain path of acquiring the right knowledge.
